HESK.com down?

I am trying to pay for a license and this site has been down for a week. Any idea why? I tried contacting SysAid and they told me that are not related to HESK. That is odd, because right in the disclaimer it says...

The site has not been down, your IP address must have been banned.
For details send me your IP address in a private message and I will have a look.
Otherwise, HESK is an independent script - SysAid is sponsoring HESK development hence the "brought to you by" mention in the script (they support staff may not be aware of that though nor do they provide any support for HESK).
