What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: apostrophe, quote, database
Write your message below:I have searched and found a few hits, but nothing seems to work for this.
I have a customer that has an apostrophe in their email address (o'malley). The quote in the email address will not allow the ticket to be opened. Attempts to open the ticket open a page with: Invalid attempt! and then using the Back button, goes back to an unfilled page. You have to enter everything again. The only work around is to open the ticket without the apostrophe (which fails to send the customer an email) then access the SQL and add the apostrophe back in. It seems to work fine after that. Attempts to do a change on the email address after it is opened using HESK, fail too.
