Email when ticket is resolved or closed

Klemen

Thanks for what I think is the best support system around, easily rivaling the paid options.

Would it be possible to send out an email to a customer when a ticket is mark resolved or closed?

i.e.
Your ticket has been marked as resolved. If you ...etc.....

Thanks for the kudos.

Actually this is planned for 2.5 - you could try modifying 2.4.2 to do that, but I'm afraid it's out of the scope of my support.
