Hello, here is my question, i want to create 3 categories, and for each categorie im goin to assing users, the point is i dont want that users can see the rest of categorie, for exemple:

I creat category named CAT1
I creat user name USER1
USER1 gona have acce to CAT1 ONLY and when user one want to creat a new ticket i dont want him to see the rest of categorie.
