can We publish Trouble Tickets in website??

It's great to see Hesk working satisfactorily in out intranet.I just wonder how many times i will be replying to same old questions again and again ? I there any way by which these Trouble Tickets get publised in Website ???

Hi,

I do plan to add a "FAQ" section (Frequently Asked Questions) where you could answer the most common questions. The plan is also that before new tickets will be submitted Hesk will check if there are any similar questions in the FAQ. Kind of like the "professional" (read expensive :wink: ) help desks do.

Like said this is planned, but I cannot say when it will be available...

For the moment I suggest you create your own FAQ page and ask people to read it before submitting a ticket.
