Help needed, i'm followiing the step by step guide, i have got as far as changing the perms in Installation Step 4. Step 5 states to type http://www.site.com/helpdesk/install in the browser, i have edited the URL with my domain but nothing shows up. I take it when it says open Hesk/Install in the browser thats referring to search engines or am i missing something. I've tried various browsers but not getting no results, i even waited 24hrs and still nothing.

Hi Klemen, well i don't know what happened there, thats kinda spooky. Sorry for wasting your time, my first thought was you had a trailing "/", but mine worked as well without the trailing "/".
