can't create custom fields

Since I upgraded to 2.4.2 I can't create custom fields. I'm getting error 500.
Any idea's?

Where exactly are you getting such errors? What page, what do you click, please be specific?
Most likely your server is blocking requests, if you have mod_security on the server try checking it's logs.
