List all customer's tickets

I find HESK extremely useful and fitting almost all my needs.

One of the missing features is to allow a user (customer) to see all his/her open tickets in a table. As far as I know, currently a customer can open a ticket using its ID and have list of all ticket IDs sent to his/her email. Is there a plugin/modification/trick to let a customer to see a table of all tickets he/she submitted?

I know there is an authentication problem so it would probably require assigning some sort of permanent passwords to customers. Any ideas?

Exactly, the reason HESK doesn't support this is that doing it reliably and securely requires user accounts, or it would be easy to trick it into showing any ticket.

The thing is HESK was designed especially for the purpose NOT to require customer accounts, so adding such functionality would require a lot of editing and not something I support.
