but is there a way that html could available in the 'new message' box?

That is not html, but BBCode as is used it in this forum.
And there is no way to make it available to MBoard without adding code to the MBoard script to handle this code.
Changes to the code in that degree are outside the scope of support given by Klemen. I can not help you with it either.

Klemen allows to change the script. So you are allowed to change to code to your personal needs.
You do not have to post your changes, but you are not allowed to make a profit by selling (or by other means) any code based on the MBoard script by Klemen.
