Route tickets by keywords in message?

Hi,
Is it possible to route tickets to certain agents based on keywords in the message itself (for example if one of our customers says the word 'chargeback' it would be instantly routed to one of our higher level support team)?
I have looked a lot and can't figure out how to do this. If it's not possible, could we hire you to make this modification for us? We'd be happy to pay you for your time and I think it'd be a useful feature to add to future versions as well.
