Attachment Problem

Hello,

I have a problem with the attachment feature in Hesk. If I send an e-mail via pop3 into the ticket system take over, and the attachment is too large, I see that neither the ticket that there was an attachment or the sender will receive an email that the attachment is too large / not allowed.

Are there perhaps a solution?

You will need to increase your allowed attachment size in HESK settings - anything larger than that is indeed discarded. I do see your point though and will see if I can add a notice saying what was removed in the future version.

Thanks, i have set the maximum (5MB) what my Webserver says.
