Hello,
I've setup HESK 2.4.2 for the first time for internal use within our company and everything is working fine however, I would like new tickets to send an email out to a distribution group telling us that a new ticket has been made. I'm not even sure if this is supported natively, despite having read and reread the documentation.
An email is sent to the person who creates the ticket, so I know that email sending in general works. Support and Webmaster email is set as the distribution group and so is the email address of the default Administrator (I read in a previous thread that an email is supposed to be sent to the Administrator, not sure whether you meant default Admin or just any user on HESK with admin permissions). Auto-assign tickets is turned off and it's not the spam filter.
Sorry if the the answer is really simple, this whole PHP thing is really not my forte.
Thanks
