v2.41 with LDAP

It took me weeks to apply the LDAP patch because I know nothing about SVN, anyway, the patch works, thanks Nelson Graça for such great patch, I create a zip file for sb who don't know how to apply the patch.

there is a bug if you upgrade from old version, the length of user field in hesk_users table will not be changed from varchar(20) to varchar(250), that make LDAP login fail, you need do it manually. no problem for new install.
