My name is Ken Sar and I need help on hesk help desk. Hope someone can point me to the solution.
I had been using HESK desk for over 2 years, but somewhere along the line about 8 months ago, my help desk was hacked.... But then I re-upload the file to overwrite those hacked file and was gaining control back.
Everything seem working fine, but on one particular part is not working correctly. Which is the hesk/admin/admin_main.php
I have my help desk install on http://kenhelpdesk.com/hesk
Now, on the http://kenhelpdesk.com/hesk/admin/admin_main.php which shows up after I reply to a ticket, I see a blank page (only header is showing up)... It is supposed to show a table of the ticket status... which ticket I reply, which ticket is new and such... But I don't see those now.
Wonder where this went wrong?
Any quick fix for this?
Please help me with the solution,
Thanks,
Ken Sar
