Is it possible to put the:

- clicking this icon lets you delete the comment.

- clicking this icon lets you post a reply to the comment.

- clicking this icon lets you view IP address (and possibly ban it).

only accessible to the admin?
So, the guestbook signer does not see the icons and administrative tasks.

No, this is not possible at the moment.
Like everything, it can be coded, but it would take to long to do it as a support here now (and I would not know how to do it).
So we will have to wait for a next version where maybe Klemen can implement this function.
