KnowledgeBase No login to publish content

Is it possible to setup HESK to allow anyone to update content for the KnowledgeBase Articles without giving access to the ticket area?

I'd prefer to setup LDAP/AD login for the knowledgebase articles, but would be content to just have it open to everyone that's on our local intranet. This might be a enhancement request for a future release.

I'm afraid this is not planned for HESK, you would have to mess with the code yourself to get it working.

A LDAP integration has been posted by a user recently here:
