I'm in the middle of changing hosting company from Yahoo to Dream-Hosting.co.uk, my site is in transit right now and is not online temporally, I have revamped the whole site with a different site builder, and have already sent my newly revamped site across to my new hosting company, so here's my question, I'm looking purchase LinkMan, so I can have it installed properly, as I'm new at this, will it be best to wait until my site can once again be seen on the World Wide Web or could I buy LinkMan now and have it installed read for when my site goes live with DreamHosing.

It's up to you, either will work. If I were you and planned to move soon, I would rather do a clean install on the new server, but that's just me and doesn't really matter much.
