Is it possible to improve printing option so that we can use hesk for repair center also. It will help us use hesk as a help desk and repair center software (one database).We need ticket to be printed on A4 format split in half, one copy for repair center and one for customer. Current printout is confusing and small, unable to contain logo or repair center name and other data receipt must have.

The HTML code for printing tickets is inside "print.php", you would have to modify that to fit your specific needs.

Just find that file, HTML should be easy to adapt. Thanks.

Another thing, sequential numbering is introduced, that is good, but remark is that it is visible just
when you open ticket (staff side), when listed again just random numbering is visible and it is tough
to find and navigate, is it possible to add sequential number in table at home page, before or after random number?
