Hello Guys,

Just a quick query - I know what is causing the below warning and know how to fix it, but I have a quick query about it.

"Note: Your server does not allow large enough posts, try reducing number of attachments or allowed file size!"

Will this note stop the message from being emailed? It seems like some customers aren't getting reply emails when we are replying back to them. I'm not sure if this message is related to the above message or whether it is a different problem.

This is simply a warning for you that if someone tries to attach as many and as large attachments as you allow, the server wouldn't accept it. Most people customers should have no problems at all, because users rarely attach many large attachments to tickets. The customers never see this message, it servers only as a notice for administrator when setting up settings.

This message has noting to do with sending emails though. If a ticket is submitted, HESK sends mail. If emails aren't being sent, try these steps:
