my subject : Impossible for the staff to download attachment in private article in the knowledge base

Hello,
I have a staff that need to have private access to a knowledge base, excellent hesk allows

my staff has not the right to publish articles in the knowledge base, just consult.

I've created articles privately in different section in the knowledge base

• private sections and private articles can be seen by my staff (ok)
  private sections the private articles are not seen by users (ok)
  attachments associated with the private section and articles are visible from the staff (ok)
  attachments associated with the private section and private article can be downloaded from the staff (not OK)

associated attachments private section can only be downloaded if it rights to post articles in the knowledge base

in this case I think that there is a concern at the level of rights. only the person with the right to publish can download attachments in private articles


do you have an idea
