Staff reply Email to update ticket

Hi ,

1. Is there a feature for staff to reply email to update the ticket? or will it coming soon ?
2. also can cc user to reply the email to update the ticket too ?
3. can there be any task management implement with the hesk too ? so our team can go over the tasks each staff did weekly

1. No and not planned, as this could pose a huge security risk. It is very easy to forge a "from" email address, so theoretically anyone could be able to reply as staff to any ticket he/she knows tracking ID of.

2. Not sure what you mean, can you give an example?

3. Such specific custom features will probably not be included in HESK.
