Hesk license issue after upgrade

I recently upgraded to Hesk 2.4 and downloaded a new license file, but for some reason still see the INVALID LICENSE (NOT REGISTERED FOR )! error.

Do I need to reset iis or anything else? I don't recall this happening with previous upgrades. :?:

I haven't seen this before. Please send me an email with the following information, and I will be happy to help:

1. your license key
2. your HESK URL address
3. upload this phpinfo.php file to your server and send me the link to it

The site is an intranet only site and is not accessible from outside our network . . .

OK, can you try this then:

1. Save this code as "test.php":

Code: Select all

<?php print_r($_SERVER); ?>
2. Copy test.php into your HESK folder and open it in browser

3. What does it say?

4. I will still need your license key to be able to check and help, you may email it to me or send in a private message.
