Hi.

I installed Hesk.
But the script was trying to connect to a database that either never existed.
And when I try to reinstall I get the same message.
I've already downloaded the original files do, but that I get the same message.

What can I do?

Did you follow installation instructions in the readme.html file?

By following those instructions you should run the install.php script that should take care of setting up database.

but you have to wait a little longer.
Then we could reinstall.

If you upload "install" folder again and run install.php script again, exactly what error message do you get?

before, it now works, the following happened:
The script is for the 4th Step (end) jumped and claimed that everything was in order.
However, after you've finished it all, it could not connect to the server.

This is not correct, probably you still have old session data.

Close all browser windows (to clear sessions), then try install script again.
