Thanks for sharing the first translations for 2.4, wed and Silvio

I uploaded translations to the HESK server, just made some small changes:

1. I added English "help_files" folder to the Zip as it is required now with 2.4

2. I deleted this from French email templates:

Thanks for sharing. Before I upload your files to the Hesk folder, could I ask you for some small changes please?

1. by default, email templates should not contain any %%CUSTOM%% fields or your website specific text
2. what should "Reply above this line" be renamed to in text.php?
3. for Spanish language I recommend changing this in text.php to This will make sure MySQL correctly orders words with Spanish letters.

Great! Sorry to bother, but there is still some custom text in "category_moved.txt" - I would change it myself, but don't speak Spanish I'm afraid.

As for help files - that would be great, but is in no way required, because those are only available through admin interface.

NOTES FOR USER: I put all old file togheter and put only 2.4 new files, just to avoid any problem in the future.
I mean you won't read v. 0.94 // 2.0 // 2.1 // 2.2 // 2.3 but you'll read only 2.4 new files other have been put togheter

I found an misstape error on English text version on these 2 lines on new files added 2.4 version:

$hesklang['tme']='Ticked %s has been merged with this ticket (%s).';
$hesklang['tme1']='Ticked %s has been merged with ticket %s';

May be you meant "TICKET" not "ticked"

A "utf8_italiano_ci" collation doesn't exist in MySQL though, so I changed that back to "utf8_unicode_ci" in your text.php file.

Funny, the MySQL manual does not mention it?

Collation is not used always, try finding a ticket by Name (Admin panel > Find a ticket > Search for (type something) > Search in: "Name") and see if that throws an error (it does on my server!).
