Hi everybody!
First, thanks for Hesk, it seems very easy to use, very professionnal for a free software!
Then, i have questions. I'm looking for a Helpdesk for my (small) company and Hesk is very interesting for me. But on the demonstration, anyone can post a ticket just by giving an address. Is it possible to create customers account and allow only registred users to submit a new ticket?
I'm not english but I hope my messagee still understandable!

HESK has been designed specifically for the purpose NOT to require customer login, hence it isn't available nor planned for anytime soon. If you need customer login functionality you will need to use some other script.
