ex.to another support at another firm?

Not sure what you are trying to do, but you would probably need to create a username for that firm and assign tickets to them.

But they have there own support system, so i have to sendt at ticket from hesk to there system, and to get a response from them. Vi have 1,2 and 3 line of support but our developers have support for errors in the system 4 line of support.

our developers ant allowed to answer our customers. we have to enable Reply to tickets, but they should only make a note on the ticket.

In our curent support system, vi can sendt a tickek to any email adr.
We have to move to a new organisation and vi cant take our present support sytem allong. Then I found Hesk and besides the above problem it solvs all our needs. simpel and easy to set up.

PS. some thing with the use of colors. 3-7 % of europeans can't see the difference between red and green. (my tickets and tickets owned by others. :-)

I'm afraid you would have to modify the source code way beyond what I support here to allow such functionality with HESK.
