In hesk is very important to create ability to install module,plugin (I don't know how really it names).
Because if I make a lot of changes, and I want move to newer version, I have a lot work to move script and find what and where changes

The ability to install plugins or modules as you put it would be a fantastic feature. But you need to remember that HESK is a one man show, producing a FREE script with FREE support.

I also have modified a LOT of Hesk source code, and Im sure I will spend a lot of time modifying 2.4 when it is released, Im just grateful to have a solid FREE base software to tailor to my needs.

Maybe one day Klemen will incorporate plugin ability?

It would indeed be great, but would require rewriting the code from scratch so I am afraid I don't plan this for the near future. Perhaps in a next mayor release (3.0)?
