How to make a topic sticky

At least this is how I did it 
Cut the thread you want to sticky from the threads.txt file.
Paste into mboard.php after the Add new topic link at line #171
I also edited the stickied topic removing the post reply form, delete button and post a reply link effectively making it an announcement.
Go ahead and try it, post if you like.
