Submit Reply behaviour

Hello, and thank you for HESK, we have bought a license and implemented it into our service department.

When an Admin is viewing a ticket (admin_ticket), then submits a reply, the admin is taken back to the Home Screen (admin_main).

My question is as follows:
I am wondering how to change it so when the reply is submitted you continue to view that ticket (admin_ticket).

Hello,

Showing the ticket you just replied to is the default behavior. Check this:

1. login to the admin panel
2. go to "Profile" page
3. under "Preferences" make sure "After replying to a ticket:" is set to "Show the ticket I just replied to"
4. click "Update profile"

I feel kind of silly for asking, I cant believe I didn't notice that setting in the Profile menu.
