Hi! Just installed this very nice app. Perfect for my needs as small webdevelopment company.

Can you tell me if (and if so, how) i can use a Dreamweaver template to stylize the helpdesk. All pages in my website have similar look and feel and it would be wonderful if that could be the case for the helpdesk as well...

I have seen in documentation that there is possibilities to edit footer and header, but that does not suit my needs. I want to simply display all heldpdesk content in my contentarea in my design.

Can you help me?

P.S.: If DW is not an option but there are other ways to make this work, I am all ears...

Thanks.
Maurice

Hi,

You would have to edit the HTML code inside all PHP files. That would require a lot of work and PHP knowledge.

I suggest you use the header/footer system and use the stylesheet file (hesk_style.css) to edit the look and feel.

Ok thanks.

I think I can go a long way using header and footer, so no problem.
Thanks for the quick reply.

I've also modified header.inc.php in the inc folder and have got it more or less to fit my DW template. A lot of the work is in remembering what tags you have opened and remembering to close them in either header.txt or footer.txt
