Hello,
I have big problem. Web files on my server (hesk folder to be exact) are very messed up and ticket system is down. (ticket system does not see data base). I changed some files (long story) trying to modify look of page. Failure. Please help!
My MAIN problem is I have accidentally overwritten the "hesk_settings.inc.php" on remote server trying to fix this.!
I DO have the following:
The current database is backed up on server (root folder). I have a COMPLETE original hesk backup (2 days old) copy of (my Version2.3 hesk). Saved language files headers N footers etc.
IMPORTANT: The "attachments" folder is loaded with files (they must remain safely in same place).
My question is, what is the best way to fix this in my situation? How do I attempt to repair or try to upgrade again and still save my attachments. Since I replaced the "hesk_settings.inc" file, will I need to do a full installation? I did attempt to up load "install folder" just to look but got a blank page?
Sorry about the mess. Really need your help on this one. Larry
