Version 2.4 - reply to tickets via email??

Version of script: 2.3

Are there plans to allow email piping through a gmail account in the next version?

Also, are there plans to allow admins/users to reply to a ticket via email?

Has any ballpark date been released on when Version 2.4 might be released?

I hate to ask questions like that, but we are looking for a help desk now for our company and love HESK, but we must be able to allow piping through gmail and also allow replyies to tickets via email.

I don't want to install another script as I like this one, but can't use it without the above.

I'm afraid there is no release date yet.

I also can't give out a list of features that will be included in 2.4, but I can say 2.4 will mostly serve to improve existing features to improve functionality rather than bring many new ones.

But yes, replying to tickets with emails is definitely something HESK needs.

Ok, thanks so much. I am bummed...I was all excited about this help desk and had already installed it and set everything up. But, I will be forced to delete it and find another option that will allow replying to tickets via email. Thanks again - you have a great product and provide great support. I hope I will find out when you offer these features so that I can come back!

Ugh - I have installed Trellis, OSTicket and also demoed several others....I like HESK the best, but can't use Hesk. Sorry, just had to vent a little.
