First let me say that Hesk is downright brilliant. Best $40 I ever spent. Keep up the good work!

I was hoping there would be a way to create knowledgebase articles that only admin, or users with a login, can see - much like groups for phpbb. Is this something that is easily achieved? Thanks for any insight.

Hi,

Sure, you can create staff-only articles or even entire categories.

To make an entire category readable by staff only mark the type as "Private" instead of "Public".

To make just individual articles for staff only, mark their type as "Private" instead of "Published".

To see Private articles/categories, your staff needs to access the Knowledgebase from within the admin panel (Knowledgebase tab), for example:

^ very nice feature, will the new version allow you to assign user access per KB article?

We have many client in our organization and the idea would be to create KB article for each clients individually, no cross viewing

any ETA for the new version ?

Wow, can't believe I didn't see that sooner. As another note concerning the knowledgebase, is it possible to alphabetize the categories without editing the IDs? Thanks again and keep up the good work! :)

At the moment no, but it may be added to 2.4
