Adding Ticket Support Catagory in Main Ticket List

I wish to add catagory. (SORTING NOT NEEDED but would be nice).

I started looking at /inc/print_tickets_inc.php the file that prints the tickets list.
It would be helpfull for staff that monitor two support CATAGORIES to see what catagory it is in WITHOUT opening it.

ANY ideas?
If it makes a difference i purchased 2 copies of this. PM me if you need to verify.
