Hi,
sorry for my english. im testing hesk 2.3 for replace eticket system.
I have a problem with email piping.
i utilize the hesk_pipe.php script located at /opt/lampp/htdocs/hesk23/inc/mail/hesk_pipe.php

any mail return to sender with this message:

<helpdesk@Wopr2> (expanded from <helpdesk>): Command died with status 1:
"/opt/lampp/htdocs/hesk23/inc/mail/hesk_pipe.php". Command output:
Extension '/opt/lampp/htdocs/hesk23/inc/mail/hesk_pipe.php' not present.

what is the problem ???

Is the hesk_pipe.php script executable (chmoded 0755)?

Is the path to hesk_pipe 100% correct (paths are CaSe SenSitiVe)?

all paths correct.

755 ok for hesk_pipe.php

not understand whereis the problem....

It must be something wrong in piping setup, but I am afraid I don't know what.

Can you get a simple test script working to pipe, for example

i have tested the script...
nothing appears...
the mail.err log is ok and nothing is writed on...
same thing on mail.log.. the mail start correctly...
the mail message is correctly passed to the script...but...

any ticket is created...

where i can read the log of hesk?
the hesk's debug system produce any log?
i dont understand whereis the problem...

Do you have "Email piping" enabled in HESK Settings (Admin panel > Settings > Help Desk > Features)?

yes.
email piping is enabled

there is a place how i can find logs about the passage from mail to php pipe file ?!?!
i can post you all file configuration if you want to check it

The problem is your piping fails before even coming to HESK so you should check your server logs, no HESK error messages are being generated.

I'll test the system and i return here for give you results.

I had this exact same problem.

I downloaded the hesk_pipe.php file and used notepad++ to convert the EOL to UNIX format.

There's another post about the end of line characters being incorrect. Probably because I originally opened it on windows.
