I am evaluating HESK and so far find it very user friendly and simple to use. However when trying to add a knowledge base article I get an "Invalid file type" error which I think relates to attachments which I am not using.

Have you been modifying the files?

Do file attachments work normally when submitting tickets (you don't get any such errors)?

I have not modified any files. If I attach 2 files then it posts ok.

Seems to error if either file attachment is left empty. Error message is Invalid file type (xx) xx are unprintable characters.
