Hi All
I've encounterd a problem when writing KB articles.

Some background info:
I created a new folder in the same directory that Hesk is intalled to store images that I wanted to include in knowledge base articles.

I write a KB article and insert the images and everything appears OK. (both text and images)

When I view the KB article logged in as a staff member, the article includes both the text and images.

When not logged in and viewing the KB article the layout is the same an so is the text, but the images are missing.

The article is Public and so is the category that it's in.

Example:

Any Ideas?

Thanks for your help in advance

You probably have relative URLs instead of absolute ones for the images.

If you downloaded HESK 2.3 before 8th October see this:
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3754

After you apply the above fix, try editing the articles and make sure you use full URLs to the images (including http://www.yoursite.com).
