Hesk multilanguage

I don't understand why demo of Hesk is multilanguege and when you download Hesk there are only one language: english, why not other language as the demo????

I wonder the same why if there are language pack
are hard to find and are not included in the package. I look good.

Because language packs are not official, endorsed or supported by the HESK developer, but instead are submitted and shared with others by HESK users.
