Multiple category owners

Hi All
I have several categories setup in Hesk with some categories assigned to 2 support staff members.

When a user submits a ticket only one member of the support teams recieves an email notification and the ticket is only visable to that person. Is it possible to have both people recieve the email notification and for both to see it in the admin section.

At the moment the only way for the other person to see the ticket is if I assign it to them even though they are assigned to that category.

You need to enable "Can view tickets assigned to others" for both staff members.

They still won't receive email notifications (unless you disable auto-assign in HESK settings) but will be able to view each other's tickets.
