I purchased a license for Gbook and have required it within my guestbook.php page. The problem I am running into is that on the initial load the captcha image is not displaying, only the alt tag. Once I refresh the page however it is henceforth visible. If I clear the browsers cache it again is missing for the first reload. I am assuming it has something to do with sessions but cannot find out where the error may be. It also may have to do with the fact that I am using a php require of the gbook.php file within my guestbook.php page.

I tested a fresh gbook version in new blank php page with one php require to the gbook.php file and have the same problem.

Any thoughts on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry, but I have no idea. It might be session problems as you suggest.

Did you try the session test provided by Klemen? See this post viewtopic.php?t=83

And if it the captcha image is not showing, you could try using the text version instead of the graphical version, set $settings['autosubmit']=2; in the settings.php file . But if it is a problem with sessions, that might also not work correctly.
