2.3 "Modify profile, receice not binden tickets to someone"

Hello,
Wenn i select in mine profile also receive messages from not binden users (both options, new ticket and reply).
Wenn submitting a ticket the page will go blank after submitting, wenn remove both settings from my profile it will work alright again.
Could this also be the problem why i don't receive new messages/tickets?
