The same problems as with receiving ticket replies - check that post.

Iám receiving the mail that there is a internal message, but wenn i'am looking in Hesk i don't see the message send to me.
So i think my other problem must also be not the problem with spam because i receiving the internal mail notification message (but not see a message).

If you click the "Mail" link in top menu there are no messages?

No, i have send one from the admin to mine own and there are no mail in mine account.

Just tested and works in my help desk...
You seem to have a lot of problems with your installation - I'm not sure how much modified you have it (and if you upgraded correctly from BETA), but I would recommend that you delete your help desk and do a clean reinstall with original files.

Hello Klemmen,
I have removed the complete installation exept:
Language folder
license file
footer file
header file
attachment folder
But still no internal messages, exept the email that there is a message waiting in the Hesk script.
I did the upgrade with the installer.

It's possible your database is not correctly setup. Try clean installing the database as well.

How does the new email - notify function work wenn receiving a ticket? How and wenn will be the new email to staff will be send?
Does the function "A new ticket is submitted with owner: Unassigned" is needed? And how to make this standard wenn making a new user to the system
