I made some corrections in langague file from Silvio Paschke. (i.e. ä to ä and some spelling corrections)

After uploading it, I noticed that I forgot to convert into entities and I want to correct it today, but gabberkopf was faster

oups I didn't check the "ß" in my version.

You two decide and let me know which file is the most up-to-date and correct German translation then

just checket through it. all double S are already written in ß So the version you took from me should be up to date.
