Hi Guys,
is there a way to be notified by email (like when the ticket is opened by user) also when user answer to Admin first answer?

What I mean is that when I answer a ticket for a certain user and then this user keep the ticket opened with an additional post, I am not notified of this second post. So I may not login to hesk to check because i don't know that a new post is waiting.

Am I doing something wrong or simply Hesk notify just the first time?

Unless you changed preferences on your "Profile" page HESK sends an email every time a customer replies to a ticket. Check inside your SPAM folder and add your "noreply" email address to your spam filter whitelist.

Hi Klemen,
thanks for your answer. I don't understan why but the first email (when the client opens a new ticket) is sent while the ones for additional comments are not.
I haven't changed the profile page (all option selected) and my no-reply address is the same as the webmaster email.

Anything elese I should/can check?

The only thing I can think of is that either your email address is misspelled or being blocked by your SPAM filters.
