Hesk email link 404 error

I have installed Hesk for the first time on my server but the email links in the customers and admin emails do not link to any page - just a 404 error. The tickets are showing up fine in the help site but the links in the emails are broken so the customer cannot see the status of their support tickets.

Can anyone please advise?

That's because your HESK isn't installed at http://www.carlpicotsupport.com/hesk

Correct the URL to the actual one in Hesk settings > Help desk url.
