Lately, I got 2 questions about Help-Desk.

1. [user Error]:Unable to connect to database.Please verify the username,password,grant permissions and the database status.(library/class.SWIFT.php:641)

2. stream_socket_client() [function.stream-socket-client]: unable to connect to tcp://smtp.xxxx.com:25 (A connection attempt failed because the connected .....) (php5/SMTP5.php:129)

Could someone help me ? Thank you !

This is not the Help Desk script HESK from www.hesk.com, I am afraid we don't provide support for third party scripts, only for HESK.
