What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: new ticket not displaying

Hello,

When I create a new ticket in Hesk, it is not displaying in the /admin/admin_main.php page. However, if I create the ticket, and copy the ticket number to the clipboard. I can search for it and find it. Once I assign it to myself, the ticket displays.

Why are my unassigned tickets not displaying?

Under "Show" I do have Unassigned tickets checked.

Please help...

Did you modify any Hesk files?

Are you logging in with an Administrator account?

I am logged in as Admin.

Yes, we modified the page to allow me to search on Assignee.

I created a PDF that shows screenshots, but I can't attach it. Can I email it to you?

If the original files works fine I am afraid I cannot help as I don't provide support on customizations.

Tip: try turnign on Debug mode in settings, it might show you an error message why tickets are not showing, probably a SQL query error.
