Im testing the free HESK in order to proceed into the full licence in the near future. I have installed under the above account as a subdomain. I was working on it for about a month and i found it to be a perfect solution for what i was looking for. After this test period we decided to proceed a step further and go live and inform our clients about this, who were really excited!
Around 2 weeks after being live, Firefox mozilla gives a Reported Attack Page, warning you for malicious software! I have found out that this is done through Google, and in my account there i saw that the problem was for this subdomain (and thus hesk) which unfortunately is affecting the main domain being listed as an attack page as well...
I have thouroully checked most of the files on the server but found nothing suspicious... The software was downloaded from the official Hesk website...
Any solution for this? Unfortunatly as it is affecting our main website, we cannot afford having this problem... therefore if there is no solution, we just have to look for other software instead of Hesk.
Thanks in advance
