This is my personal version of hesk 2.2, but some modifications could interest others users (I think).

What's new in 2.2m (June 2011)
- the customers can edit their tickets as long as no reply from staff
- the ticket must be assigned before a staff member could reply
- a mail alert is send if a ticket without reply is closed
- number of submited files from ticket form is limited : 1 to 5 (list), BUT
- ticket's file(s) could be attach to mail for staff members, optional (parameters)
- a default mail value could be defined in the ticket submit form (parameters)
- TinyMCE wysiwyg editor added (ticket, knowledgebase, canned...), optional (parameters)
- list (x5) time format (parameters)
- full french language support (calendar date format...), english already present
- tickets could not be affected to administrator (id=1)
- some minors others changes
- No database change (for the moment)
Nota : it's not possible to update from hesk 2.2
