Hello All,

I've just created Hesk Ticket System on my shared hosting account with 1 & 1 in its own subdomain. The installation setup went through without problems. If i want to open hesk with the url to the index.html, the main program jumps to my home page (upper domain). The Admin Settung and all php scripts I can call them directly when I type it in the URL.

Does anyone know this problem and someone gave me a hint where to start looking?

It's probably a problem with subdomain that you need to resolve with your host.

For example I can't open
http://helpdesk.it-system-profi.de/
but I can open
http://www.it-system-profi.de/helpdesk/

The subdomain can not really be the problem since only a pointer is http://www.it-system-profi.de/helpdesk.

The problem is that the Index.html jumps back to the main URL. Have I the wrong admin settings here?

I have installed, for example Egroupware that also has an index.php and have no problem with the call as http://egroupware.it-system-profi.de or http://www.it-system-profi. de/egroupware/

If I were to use the installation service that you could get to work?

I solved the problem.

I generate my homepage with Web-To-Date 7.0 by Data Becker.

If I have a menu on the help desk linked to the root folder the index.php file
replaced by an index.html file from Web-To-Date 7.0.

Resending once again the index.php file to the root folder, everything works fine.
